I totally threw up in my mouth a little when I found out about this contest. I'm so damn invested in this story. It's insane. I've been in love since it was the Bag.Online.Adventures. Not to mention love for the band. Comics and music AND science fiction? Be still my heart.

So excited for the new album.

Jesse is my fave, as well as my favorite to draw. I had fun. So, the picture of him is from issue 3 when he's standing in front of the hologram. And no, I don't know if he smokes cigars but he has mutton chops so It's highly probable.
And Coheed and Cambria are from the upcoming issue, but Coheed lost his shirt in a fit of badass apparently.

So this was done in watercolor and acrylic on illustration board then scanned and fiddled with in photoshoppe. There's also some of my blood in there. On Coheed's ribs I think. Staple injury. I talk a lot.
